GTM Lead

Full-time Hybrid Benelux

We are looking for our first GTM leader to help turn early technical and market momentum into a repeatable commercial engine. You will work directly with the founders across outbound strategy, enterprise sales, and category positioning.

We sell into environments where trust, credibility, and technical rigor matter. Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges deeply, and helping them make informed decisions β€” consultative enterprise selling, not transactional.

What you'll do

  • Build and refine outbound and account strategies
  • Help shape positioning and messaging
  • Drive enterprise sales conversations with security and AI leadership
  • Develop relationships with CISOs, AI teams, and strategic partners
  • Define our sales process, qualification framework, and commercial playbooks
  • Represent Blue41 at conferences and industry events across Europe

What we're looking for

We care far more about mindset and execution ability than a perfect CV.

  • Highly self-directed β€” you thrive in ambiguity and create structure without waiting for permission
  • Comfortable selling complex technical products to senior enterprise stakeholders
  • Able to build trust with executives and operate close to founders and product teams
  • Strong commercial instincts and communication skills
  • Excited about AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure
  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise AI is a strong plus
